On Wednesday, October 11, 2017 students and staff from Campbellsville University taught 4th grade students at Taylor County Intermediate School about various science subjects. The 4th grade classes rotated to different stations that were set up in the TCIS gymnasium.
The science stations included Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, and Environmental Science. Students learned about static friction, animals and the ecosystem, and recycling, among many other things. They built towers as part of the engineering station and made magnets with recycled bottle caps at the environmental sciences station.
