Taylor County Superintendent Receives Outstanding Administrator Award

KMEA 4th District Outstanding Administrator

Before the board meeting on Tuesday, May 9th, Roger D. Cook, superintendent at Taylor County School District, was presented the Kentucky Music Educators Association 4th District Outstanding Administrator award for 2016-2017 school year. Mr. Jericho McCoy presented him with the award.

Taylor County High School Band Director, Stephen Bishop, and Taylor County High School Choir Teacher, Jericho McCoy, nominated Mr. Cook and the 4th District KMEA members voted on it. 

Mr. Cook was named recipient of the award in February and received his official plaque before the board meeting.
