Incoming juniors and seniors:
Scheduling will be postponed until mid-July when counselors can hopefully work with students face-to-face to prepare their schedules. Time/ location/ place will be announced via social media and One Call at a later date.

NUTRITION 1003 Lindsey Wilson College
3 credit hours
In Nutrition you will learn about the impact your food choices have on your physical and emotional health as well as how your food choices impact others. You will develop critical thinking skills to analyze food and nutrition information in contemporary and scientific readings.
You will have the opportunity to complete group and individual projects with a variety of choices, participate in lively discussion, complete food assessments for yourself and others for optimum health, and gain skills necessary for successful transition to college coursework. Class time will be given for online simulations, readings and other assignments.
